We are a household of Catholic men at Kansas State University aiming to provide an accountable living environment through the five pillars of Chi Rho: spirituality, fellowship, community life, outreach, and academics.
Every Monday we invite a priest to have dinner with us and give us a talk about a topic they are passionate about. Afterwards they will hear confessions before celebrating Mass at our household.
Once a semester, we have a house retreat for all members of Chi Rho. During these retreats, we have talks by a couple of our members and focus on growing in our faith and brotherhood.
Once a month we have all house adoration. This is at Seven Dolors 24/7 adoration chapel. Before this event we host a bonfire with friends. In addition to this, we have taken 3 adoration hours throughout the house every Friday since 2017.
This is a newer event where each year, we have a weekend where we host the families of our members. During this weekend, we have dinner, go to Mass, and have fun together
A newer event where we host some of our alumni to have a fun time and get to know each other. This past year, we had a tailgate before going to a K-State baseball game.
This is just the beginning of the events we host! Throughout the year, we have many fun opportunities to grow in community with each other and the community of St. Isidore's Catholic Student Center.
Our newsletter goes out to our alumni at the end of each semester. This shows what we do throughout the semester, as well as insights from some of our members. Feel free to check it out to learn more about us.
